Working with me 1-1
One-to-one coaching sessions allow us to work closely together, identifying the areas of your life where you wish to make change, and then reconnecting with your authentic self to really visualise and feel how you want these to be. We break the journey down into manageable steps, and allow you to reflect on your experiences, to gain insights and move forwards with more clarity and focus. You already have everything you need to make these changes, and I will support you to recognise and quieten your inner critic, so you can move towards what you really want with confidence and self-belief.
Coaching sessions take place over Zoom, and initially we will have a free 30 minute discovery call so that I can learn more about you and your current challenges, and ensure we are a ‘good fit’ for the coaching journey together.
